Brendan Downey

Brendan Downey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business and digital transformation, revenue management, and project management. Currently, Brendan holds the position of Senior Director of Business and Digital Transformation and Senior Director of Revenue Management at Minto Group and Minto Apartment REIT since April 2017 and November 2018, respectively. Prior to these roles, Brendan served as a Business Process Analyst and Project Manager at Aecon Group Inc., where responsibilities included leading data analysis and managing Business Intelligence projects. Brendan's earlier experience includes a Project Manager role at Paul's Restorations, enhancing project management processes, and developing cash management tools as an Accountant. Brendan holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University.
