Agnieszka Wloch

Vice President, Development at Minto Group

Agnieszka Wloch has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Currently, they are a Member of the Stakeholder Advisory Committee representing Consumers at the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO). In this role, they provide advice and recommendations on market development, conservation, and planning decisions.

Prior to their current position, they served as the Audit and Risk Management Committee Chair on the Board of Directors at EnerQuality Corporation. As a board member, they provided oversight and guidance to implement growth and innovation strategies in energy efficiency and sustainability.

Earlier in their career, Agnieszka held various leadership positions at Minto Group Inc., including Vice President of Development. Agnieszka was responsible for leading development management, product development, and sustainability teams, managing budgets, schedules, and risk.

Agnieszka also has experience at Stephen R. Pile Architect Inc. and Burka Varacalli Architects Inc., where they served as a Project Architect and Project Architect/Project Designer, respectively. In these roles, they provided architectural and municipal services for complex projects.

Agnieszka Wloch obtained a Master Engineer of Architecture and Urban Design degree from Gdańsk University of Technology. In addition, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ivey Business School at Western University. Agnieszka also holds certifications including being a Member of The Royal Architectural Institute Of Canada | L'Institut royal d'architecture du Canada obtained in May 2004, and being a Licensed Architect by the Ontario Association of Architects obtained in July 2003.
