Mike Laplante

Mike LaPlante has a diverse work experience in the real estate and home building industry. Mike currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Minto Group since October 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President of Land Development at Minto Group from November 2019 to October 2022.

Before joining Minto Group, LaPlante worked at Mattamy Homes, where they held various roles. Mike served as the Vice President of Business Process Optimization from December 2018 to November 2019, Director of Operations Optimization from October 2017 to December 2018, and Purchasing Consultant from July 2017 to October 2017.

In 2017, LaPlante worked at Dunsire Developments Inc. as the General Manager from February to June 2017.

From 2007 to 2017, LaPlante worked at Monarch Corporation in several positions. Mike served as the Director of Low Rise Land Acquisitions from August 2014 to July 2015, Risk Manager from March 2013 to July 2015, Director of Customer Care from March 2012 to August 2014, and Operations Manager from February 2007 to March 2012.

Mike LaPlante attended Wentworth Institute of Technology from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Technology degree in the field of Civil Engineering.
