Naqiya Jamaly

Naqiya Jamaly is a dedicated sustainability professional with a strong background in environmental studies and urban planning. Currently serving as a Sustainability Analyst at Minto Group since May 2023, Naqiya has previously held various positions, including Climate Action and Entrepreneurship HerStart Fellow at Youth Challenge International and Assistant Environmental Officer at Public Services and Procurement Canada. Notable experiences also include roles as Development Coordinator at Adi Development Group, Land Development Coordinator at Mattamy Homes, Environmental Health Safety Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Residential Construction Intern at Rectify Renoworx. Naqiya holds a degree in Environmental Studies with a focus on City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from the University of Waterloo, obtained in 2022.
