Philip Orsino

Philip Orsino is a Corporate Director and the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Jeld-Wen Inc., a global integrated manufacturer of building products. In addition to other business interests, he is the President and CEO of Brightwaters Strategic Solutions Inc. He was previously President and CEO of Masonite International Corporation.

Philip is a Director of The Bank of Montreal and also serves as a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Hydro ONE.

He was formerly Chairman of the Board of Trustees and is presently an Honorary Trustee of the University Health Network. He is responsible for the establishment of The Philip S. Orsino Hematology Centre at the Princess Margaret Hospital. He is currently a member of The Toronto General and Western Hospitals Foundation.

Philip was appointed an Officer of the Order of Canada in 2004, and was the recipient of the 2003 Canada's Outstanding CEO of the Year Award. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a degree from Victoria College at the University of Toronto.
