Jelena Pankratova

Jelena Pankratova has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jelena started their career as a Testing Engineer at Exigen Services in 2007, where they gained experience in enterprise information system testing. Jelena then worked as a Testing Engineer at 77Agency in 2010, focusing on web-based application testing and media marketing solutions. Jelena joined Tieto in 2011, where they held multiple positions including Test Engineer, Senior Test Engineer, Lead Test Engineer, and Acquiring Testing Team Lead. Their responsibilities at Tieto included test planning, coordination, execution, and resource management for acquiring product testing. In 2016, they became a QA Team Lead at ASKfm, leading the QA team in ensuring the quality and reliability of mobile applications and web versions. Currently, Jelena is a Senior QA Engineer at Mintos, where they apply their expertise to ensure quality in the company's operations. Additionally, they have scientific assistant experience at the University of Latvia, working on various projects and participating in experiments using synchrotron radiation at DESY. Throughout their career, Jelena has acquired skills in test case preparation, execution, defect management, and test environment maintenance, as well as proficiency in various technologies and tools such as Unix, Oracle, SVN, Git, Tomcat, Jira, and Qatraq.

Jelena Pankratova has a strong educational background in computer science and information systems. Jelena obtained a 1st level higher education degree in programming from Latvijas Universitate in 2007. Jelena later pursued further studies at the same university and completed a Bachelor's degree in computer science and information systems in 2009. Jelena continued their education and obtained a Master's degree in the same field from Latvijas Universitate in 2011. Additionally, they have a certification as an ISTQB® Certified Tester, Foundation Level, which was obtained from iSQI GmbH -- International Software Quality Institute in December 2011.
