Arleen M. Bernardi

As the Director of Information Governance, Arleen is responsible for the development and implementation of an information governance program at Mintz. This includes processes associated with the management of information in accordance with the firm’s ethical and legal obligations. Arleen oversees client intake, records management, data governance, and matter mobility operations.

Before joining Mintz, Arleen was a director at HBR Consulting, where she assisted global organizations with implementing enterprise-wide information governance initiatives to help reduce risk, enhance compliance, boost efficiencies, and drive down information management costs.
