Deanna Bumstead-Yeary

DeAnna is the Director of Partner Recruiting at Mintz, where she leads the firm’s partner recruiting function. Working directly with firm leadership, DeAnna focuses on identifying experienced partners whose practices align with our strategic plan. DeAnna leads the firm-wide partner recruiting team, who design and deliver an industry-leading recruiting experience to prospective candidates in every one of our offices and practice sections. In her role, DeAnna acts as the primary liaison to recruiting organizations and consultants and leads the selection process, to introduce partners to the opportunity to grow their practices and thrive at Mintz.

Prior to joining Mintz, DeAnna worked with other AmLaw 100 firms, where she gained 15 years of experience in the legal recruiting industry.
