Samuel D. Sazer

Sam is a complex commercial litigator with experience in antitrust, copyright, trade secrets, and merger disputes. He has litigated cases in both federal and California state court.

Prior to joining Mintz, Sam was an associate in the San Francisco office of a large, international law firm. During his time at the firm, he represented a leading hardware and software manufacturer in a suit alleging copyright infringement, defended a manufacturer of electron microscopes in a trade secrets dispute, and defended a biofuels producer in a breach of contract dispute following a failed merger. He has litigated multiple cases that were resolved on the eve of trial.
