Luiscarlos González has a diverse work experience in the field of sports journalism. Luiscarlos began their career as a Sports Journalist at Liga Venezolana de Beisbol Profesional, where they wrote daily game summaries for the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League. Luiscarlos later worked as a Sports Journalist at Ultimas Noticias and diario El Mundo, gaining experience in writing about a variety of sports including baseball, soccer, and basketball. In 2007, they joined Diario El Universal as a Sports Journalist and Editor, covering baseball extensively. Simultaneously, they worked as a Radio Announcer at Radio Rumbos 670 am and Radio Sensación. In 2013, they transitioned to El Nacional, where they worked as a Sports Journalist, covering baseball and reporting on the Venezuelan professional baseball season along with the 2013 Caribbean Series in Hermosillo, Mexico. Since 2016, González has been associated with Minute Media, where they initially served as the Managing Editor for FanSided ES before becoming the Head of Spanish Content for FanSided.

Luiscarlos González obtained a Licenciatura in Periodismo from Universidad 'Santa María' between 2001 and 2006. Luiscarlos also earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the same university.
