Sarah K.

Sarah K. has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various roles and industries. Sarah began their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Matrix Education in 2009 before moving on to become a Human Resources Manager at Talent 100 in 2010.

In 2013, Sarah joined Ferrero, where they held several HR positions over the course of six years. Sarah started as an HR BP and Commercial Talent Lead, partnering with leaders to manage employee lifecycle activities and overseeing talent development projects. Sarah then transitioned into the role of HR COE Manager, where they led and managed HR Center of Expertise projects for different business units. In their most recent role at Ferrero, they served as the Regional Talent & Reward Manager for the Asia Pacific region, collaborating with regional CoEs to develop and implement talent and reward strategies.

Currently, Sarah is working as the VP of People, US at Minute Media, a position they started in June 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Director of HR BP and Global C&B Lead at Minute Media from April 2021 to June 2022. Sarah also held the role of HR Business Partner at Minute Media from January 2020 to March 2021.

Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated expertise in talent development, HR policy development, compensation and benefits management, and HR budgeting.

Sarah K. has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the University of Technology Sydney. Sarah also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organisational Learning with a focus on Management from the same university. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including MBTI Step I & Step II Certification from CPP, Inc. in 2017, TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from accessUTS in 2017, and Guide Chart Profile Method - Basic Application from Korn Ferry Hay Group in 2016.
