George Ladd

George Ladd is currently positioned as an Incoming Direct Lending Associate at Fidelity Investments, effective June 2024, focusing on the Fidelity Private Credit Fund. Ladd serves as a Direct Lending Intern at Minutemen Alternative Investment Fund, progressing from Junior Analyst to Senior Analyst during the internship. Ladd has also contributed to a highly selective student-led hedge fund specializing in long/short equity through the Alternative Investment Diversity Program. In addition, Ladd works as a Teaching Assistant for the 191 Transitions course at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and previously completed an internship as a Credit Analyst at Middlesex Savings Bank. Ladd is an active member of the UMass Investment Club and was a finalist in a stock pitch competition. George Ladd is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, expected to graduate in May 2025.
