Franziska Hirschbihl

Franziska Hirschbihl is currently serving as a Client Service and Advisory Assistant at MIO Partners, Inc. since May 2023. Previously, Franziska worked at Personio as an Executive Assistant from November 2022 to March 2023, providing support to the Chief Product and Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Engineering. At McKinsey & Company, from December 2019 to October 2022, Franziska supported two Partners, one of whom was promoted to Senior Partner during that period, and initially started as an Interim Assistant. Earlier experience includes roles as Junior Account Manager and Account Executive in the Human Centered Communications Team at Maisberger GmbH from August 2018 to November 2019. Franziska's career began at HUBERTUS Alpin Lodge & Spa, where responsibilities included a focus on sales as Receptionist and completing a dual study program in Hotel Management and Tourism Management. Franziska holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Tourism Management from Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten, obtained in 2018.
