Senior Support Specialist at Miovision

Josh Gimbel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Josh began their career at GFL as a Shipping Clerk, where they worked until March 2022. Following this, they joined Miovision as a Data Service Technician in August 2016. Josh then progressed to a Customer Support Specialist role in January 2018, before being promoted to Senior Support Specialist in April 2021. Josh briefly served as the Customer Service Support Manager (Interim) from March 2022 to May 2023, and currently holds the position of Senior Support Specialist at Miovision.

Josh Gimbel attended Conestoga College from 2012 to 2017, where they obtained a Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their formal education, Josh has obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they received certifications in Key Account Management, Onboarding and Adoption Best Practices for Customer Success Management, and SQL Essential Training, all from LinkedIn. Most recently, in December 2022, Josh completed the Virtual and Hybrid Meeting Essentials certification, also from LinkedIn.
