Dorette Deale

Dorette Deale possesses extensive experience in project management and development, currently serving as a Project Manager Scrum Master at MIP since April 2022. From November 2013 to April 2022, Dorette held the position of Project & Development Manager at Ocular Technologies (Pty) Ltd, where responsibilities included managing projects through various methodologies, defining project scope, and ensuring stakeholder engagement. Prior roles included Senior Domino Lotus Notes Developer at SELMEC, where Dorette managed multiple significant projects and developed systems using IBM Domino Notes, and positions at SBits and Knowledge Dimension as a Senior Domino Developer. Dorette holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from UNISA and completed Grade 12 at Wonderboom High School.
