Jean-Paul Jaggard is an experienced Instrument and Electrical Designer currently working at MIPAC since August 2017. Educational qualifications include a New Zealand Certificate in Engineering (Industrial Measurement and Control) in Instrument and Electrical Engineering from the Western Institute of Technology.
