Bryan's earlier experience includes the role of Operations Manager at Sitel. Overall, they have a proven track record of implementing successful transformation initiatives and optimizing customer experiences.
Bryan Clasby obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham between 1990 and 1992. In 2010 to 2011, they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Developmental Economics from Kingston University. Additionally, they obtained AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services in September 2020.
