Debali Munshi

Debali Munshi began their career as a Recruiter at Ericsson from May 2014 to October 2014. Debali then worked as a Sr Consultant in Talent Acquisition at ManpowerGroup from January 2015 to July 2017, where they were responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and collaborated with relevant stakeholders. From July 2017 to March 2018, they worked as an Analyst in Talent Acquisition at Deloitte, closely collaborating with stakeholders to determine required skills and talent. After that, Munshi served as Lead Talent Advisor - Technology Hiring at Lowe's India from March 2018 to December 2020, where they were the recruitment partner for the IT Digital Team. Currently, they are employed at MiQ since January 2021, initially as a Lead Recruitment Talent Partner and now as the Manager of Talent Acquisition. In their current role, they are tasked with creating staffing plans, developing strategies, and coaching hiring managers on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.

From 2011 to 2013, Debali Munshi attended the University of Calcutta where they pursued a Masters degree in Industrial Sociology, with a focus on HR/Labour Law.
