Rich is currently working at MiQ as the Head of Client Partnerships. Prior to this, they served as an Advisory Board Member at Tech Spark Canada.

From 2020 to 2023, Rich worked at Meta as an Agency Partner, where they partnered with leading agencies to build, sell, and execute advertising and emerging enterprise solutions. Rich consistently achieved exponential portfolio growth, transformed the agency Strategic Partner Initiative program, and drove multiple first-to-market innovations.

Before joining Meta, Rich worked at Dentsu from 2018 to 2020, where they held the position of SVP, Group Client Partner / Acting General Manager at Columbus. In this role, they led the team, developed partnerships, and delivered end-to-end marketing solutions for prominent brands. Rich also focused on consulting with clients on insight-led digital strategy, driving digital maturity and innovation, and nurturing a high-performing team environment.

From 2013 to 2018, Rich worked at IPG Mediabrands in various roles, including SVP, Head of Market & Clients - Reprise, Client Advisory Director - Reprise, Associate Client Advisory Director - Reprise, Client Advisory Manager - Reprise, Account Manager - Reprise, and Performance Executive - Reprise. During their time at IPG Mediabrands, they successfully led and managed teams, developed digital roadmaps for clients, achieved revenue growth targets, and received recognition through the Google Honours Program.

Prior to their roles at IPG Mediabrands, Rich worked at dgm Australia as an Account Executive, where they were responsible for campaign strategy, management, and optimization across different industry verticals. Rich achieved significant revenue growth for key clients and consistently received excellent performance ratings.

During the early stages of their career, Rich worked at HSBC as a Marketing Coordinator for a brief period.
