Venkathir Selvan

Venkathir Selvan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of human resources.

Venkathir began their career as a Project Trainee at Apollo Hospitals Enterprises Ltd., Unit - Apollo Pharmacy in January 2011, where they gained initial exposure to the HR industry.

In August 2011, they joined Appnomic Systems Pvt Ltd as a Human Resources Generalist, where they held the role for two years before moving on to the next opportunity.

In September 2013, Venkathir joined OnMobile as a Human Resources Operations Specialist, playing a crucial role in the HR operations until June 2017.

Venkathir then transitioned to Chai Point in June 2017, where they initially served as an Assistant Manager HR for two years. In October 2019, they were promoted to the position of Deputy Manager Human Resources, demonstrating their growth within the organization. Venkathir continued in this role until February 2021.

Most recently, Venkathir joined MiQ in March 2021 as a Senior Specialist HR. In April 2022, they were promoted to the position of Manager - HR Ops and Comp & Benefits, where they currently employ their skills and expertise.

Venkathir Selvan pursued an MBA degree in HR & Systems Management from Anna University. Venkathir attended the university from 2009 to 2011.
