Shyam S Patel has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Shyam S began their career at Johnson & Johnson as a QA Manual Tester, where they developed manual tests and performed user acceptance testing in an agile environment. Shyam S also utilized SQL queries for backend testing.

Following this, Shyam joined Crest Circuit Inc. as a QA Analyst, where they analyzed failed test cases in regression environments and effectively used HP ALM for manual test execution. Shyam S also led a team in an Agile environment.

Shyam then transitioned to Active Networks as a QA Analyst, where they developed a test automation framework using Selenium Web Driver, Java, Page Object Model, TestNG, and Maven. Shyam S also automated end-to-end tests for cross-browser testing.

Shyam S Patel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Dharmsinh Desai University, completing their studies from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in the field of Amazon Web Services (AWS), such as the AWS Certified Developer - Associate and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate. These certifications were obtained in March 2022 and April 2022, respectively.
