Sercan Tursun has extensive experience in application support and IT roles, currently serving at Mirabaud Group since January 2022. Prior to this, Sercan held positions at Swisscom from August 2018 to January 2022 as ICT Support and at Mirabaud & Cie SA from June 2015 to July 2018, where responsibilities included helpdesk support for over 700 users, managing ticketing systems, and conducting a major migration project.
