Thomas Uhrskov

Thomas Uhrskov began their work experience as a Datamekanikerlærling at Grundfos Management A/S in 1994. Thomas then worked as a Software Developer at the same company from 1999 to 2006. From 2006 to 2016, Thomas worked at ditmer a/s, initially as an Organisations- og implementeringskonsulent and later as a Udviklingskonsulent, focusing on digitalization projects for public companies. In 2016, they moved on to IntraNote a/s, where they worked as a Systemanalytiker. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Solutions Architect at Miracle A/S, delivering solutions within ESDH, Atlassian Confluence, and IoT. Thomas then transitioned to GRUNDFOS in 2020, taking on the role of Digital Operations Specialist, where they defined and initiated the Cloud Center of Excellence strategy. In 2022, they returned to Miracle A/S as the Head of Cloud and Development Services.

Thomas Uhrskov has a diverse education history that spans multiple fields of study. In 1994, they attended EUC SYD, where they studied Datamekaniker, a field related to data mechanics. Thomas'seducation there concluded in 1999.

From 2003 to 2007, Thomas enrolled in Aarhus Business College, where they pursued an Akademi Uddannelse i Informationsteknologi, an academic education in information technology. Thomas did not obtain a degree during this period.

In 2014, Thomas briefly attended Rambøll, Attactor, focusing on Industrial and Organizational Psychology as a Proceskonsulent. This experience lasted for a single year.

In addition to these educational accomplishments, Thomas has obtained several certifications to enhance their skill set. In 2007, they received their Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance. Thomas then continued to expand their knowledge in agile methodologies by obtaining the SAFe 4 Certified Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2018. In 2019, Thomas acquired the IT Arkitekt, Foundation certification from the Danish Technological Institute. Thomas'smost recent certifications include Agile Coaching from BetterChange in 2020 and the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in 2022.
