Kayla Steele-Pelletier

Kayla Steele-Pelletier started their work experience in 2008 as a Front Desk Administrator and Massage Therapist at the Handel Center. Kayla then worked at The Providence Center as a Billing Assistant from December 2012 to January 2014. In 2014, they joined Miracle-Ear, Inc. and held various roles including Office Manager from January 2014 to May 2014, Insurance Coordinator from May 2014 (ongoing), and Senior Contract Negotiator from June 2020 (ongoing). In their role as Insurance Coordinator, they coordinated and liaised between insurance companies, managed insurance claims, and processed workers compensation claims efficiently.

Kayla Steele-Pelletier began their education at North Attleborough High School from 2004 to 2006, where they earned their High School Diploma. After high school, they attended the Community College of Rhode Island from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they obtained an Associates Degree in Biological Sciences/General Studies and another Associate degree in General Studies. Following their time at the community college, Kayla Steele-Pelletier pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communicative Disorders at the University of Rhode Island from 2017 to 2021.
