About TeleDaaS and Mirada

TeleDaaS is a medical practice, similar to a teleradiology practice, delivering Dosimetry-as-a-Service to clinicians and researchers in the US.  TeleDaaS is an affiliate of Mirada Medical and has exclusively licensed Mirada’s cloud-based dosimetry platform.  The dosimetry TeleDaaS will provide has been shown in clinical trials to increase life expectancy by 150% for liver cancer patients and increase the number of patients treatable by surgery by 800%.  This is a tremendous opportunity to impact patient care.

Mirada Medical develops medical imaging and cancer treatment planning solutions that provide simple and accessible solutions to complex image analysis problems in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer and other diseases. Our solutions are used by the Clinical personnel in TeleDaaS to provide personalised treatment and to improve patient outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Sales Manager to sell to hospitals a novel clinical service powered by proprietary software and backed with powerful clinical trial results proven to materially impact patient lives. This is a first to market solution and as such the role will be fast paced, hands on and will develop and grow over time. The ideal candidate needs to have the resilience and enthusiasm to break down barriers when selling into a new market.

The role will involve owning and leading the sales process end to end, having customer facing discussions, coordinating internal resources to close deals, selling to Clinicians as well as building both customer and internal relationships.

Main responsibilities and tasks that you will be involved in.

  • Establish, lead and own the customer relationship from inception to close. Regularly interface with the customer to upgrade them as new treatments and cancers are supported.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the sales and marketing teams at industry partners who are collaborating to provide the service to their customers.
  • Sell alongside partners.
  • Working the existing partner clients to sign up health systems for the clinical service.
  • Manage updates in CRM.
  • Manage contracting and paperwork with the key resources within the health system.
  • Attend National and International meetings and symposia and represent Mirada.
  • Produce regular progress reports and sales pipeline reports.
  • Work with customer success teams to ensure contracts renewal and repeat business.
  • Day to Day sales administration in preparing quotations and tenders and ensuring CRM records are up to date.
  • Take ownership of the customer and the customer interface with the company’s product and service offering.
  • Always maintain the highest standards when representing Mirada, including standards of ethics, professionalism, and social responsibility
  • Understand and follow all company policies and procedures and ensure that others working your region do likewise.
  • Ensure particular attention to and adherence with the company’s policies relating to bribery and corruption.
  • Work with researchers that are using the TeleDaaS service.

We are looking for the following skills and competencies...

Essential skills  

  • Must have experience selling to Clinicians

  • Highly desirable to have experience selling into Interventional Radiology

  • Highly developed people skills and a strong value system.

  • Experience selling directly to Hospitals

  • Ability to discuss and show the clinical and financial value of the service with Interventional Radiologists, CIOs/IT staff, and hospital administrators.

  • Ability to influence key stakeholders and identify internal championships to overcome the challenges of selling a first to market product

  • Clinical background preferred

  • Understanding of the US healthcare market Selling to hospitals in the US Market.

  • Ability to discuss commercial terms and contract negotiation

  • Ability to close complex sales situations

  • Consultative selling of technical solutions

This is a remote position and the candidate is ideally based in the wester half of the US.
