Shailesh Jadhav

Shailesh is Head of HR of Mirafra and has over 16 years of experience andhas executed various HR projects involving strategic and operational HR interventions at organisational level. In Mirafra, he is responsible for managing and developing quality talent by way of innovative talent management practices in line with business needs. He has worked in varied industry domains that comprise IT, Telecom RnD, Aerospace, manufacturing, PPP and Govt sector. He started his career with Indian Army and later worked with Hindalco, ITC Infotech and Canadian Aviation. Before joining Mirafra in 2013, he was associated with Tieto, a Finnish venture. He is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur.
