Marc leads Mirakl’s global Customer Success team dedicated to B2B clients, with the objective to drive adoption, growth, customer satisfaction and advocacy across B2B marketplaces. Marc joined Mirakl after 15 years with McKinsey between Paris and New-York, where he served global industrial companies on strategy and go-to-market transformations. Prior to McKinsey, he worked at Lenovo in B2B marketing. He graduated from Telecom ParisTech and holds a MBA from the Collège Des Ingénieurs.
