Delrish L. Moss

Delrish Moss serves as the Chief of Police at Miramar Police Department since March 2023, following a distinguished career in law enforcement that includes roles as Chief of Police for Ferguson Police Department from April 2016 to the present and as a retired Police Chief from November 2018. Moss's leadership in Ferguson began during a critical period marked by civil unrest following the shooting death of Michael Brown Jr. Previously, Moss held the rank of Captain at Florida International University from February 2019 to March 2023 and served as Major at Miami Police Department from September 1984 until retirement in April 2016, gaining extensive experience across various units.
