Kevin Rai

Kevin Rai, P.Eng. is an experienced electrical engineer and project manager, currently serving as the Manager of Buildings Engineering at Primary Engineering and Construction Corporation since August 2020. In this role, Kevin leads the Buildings Division, providing consulting services for a variety of projects, including multi-family residential, mixed-use buildings, and commercial applications. Concurrently, Kevin has held the position of Manager of Business Development at MIRANI HOMES since June 2015, focusing on construction projects in Metro Vancouver and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Previous roles include Project Manager at SRC Engineering Consultants Ltd. and Electrical Engineer at Moffatt & Nichol, where Kevin managed and designed projects of significant scale, including high-rise towers and transmission line extensions. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Diploma of Technology in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
