Ivan Groshev

Ivan Groshev has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Ivan started their career as a Software Developer at Lapic Ltd in 2001 and worked there until 2006. Ivan then joined OpenSoft Technologies (Farheap Solutions, Russia) as the Director of Engineering, where they successfully scaled the team and played a crucial role in project planning, design, execution, and release. In 2012, they joined Mirantis as a Senior Development Manager, responsible for delivering in-house IT solutions. Ivan later became the Director of Business Apps and Integrations at Mirantis, leading the IT systems and data migration program.
