Oleksii Komarchuk is a seasoned professional in the field of IT and technical consulting, currently serving as a Genesys Principal PS Consultant at Miratech since April 2016. Prior to this role, Oleksii held the position of IT Manager at Xobotech from September 2014 to April 2016, and worked at Miratech on the Genesys account from March 2006 to September 2014 as a Technical Support Engineer and IT Engineer. Oleksii also gained experience as a Tier-2 Engineer at Genesys between 2010 and 2013. Educationally, Oleksii earned a Master's degree in Acoustics from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' in 1998.
