Corey Pecoraro

Corey Pecoraro, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as Senior Accounting Manager at Mirati Therapeutics since September 2019, after roles as Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant. Prior to this, Corey worked at CNA Insurance as an Actuarial Stat Reporting Consultant, focusing on monthly close activities and revamping processes. Earlier experiences include roles as an Accounting Rotational Business Associate at CNA Financial, where responsibilities included overseeing reinsurance and creating financial reports for an acquired startup, and as an Accounting Tutor at Illinois State University. Corey has also served as Treasurer and Vice President for the Big Brothers Big Sisters RSO at Illinois State University, demonstrating leadership and financial management skills. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Illinois State University, obtained in 2015.
