Dr. Marc C. Bauer

Dr. Marc C. Bauer has extensive work experience in the field of operations, general counsel, and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry. Dr. Marc C. currently holds the position of Vice President and Head of Operations & General Counsel International at Mirati Therapeutics since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President and Head of Operations & General Counsel Europe at Nektar Therapeutics from April 2021 to June 2022. Dr. Bauer has also held leadership positions at Agios Pharmaceuticals, TESARO, Inc., and Amgen, where they were responsible for legal and compliance matters. Dr. Marc C. started their career as a lawyer at Lovells LLP and Al Suwaidi Legal.

Dr. Marc C. Bauer completed their education at the University of Münster. From 1996 to 2002, they obtained a State Exam degree in Law. Later, from 2002 to 2005, they pursued an advanced degree at the same university and achieved a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with a specialization in Virtual Agents and Legal Issues.
