Paul Stephensen

Paul Stephensen has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Paul started their career as a Financial Analyst at Adon Network in 2006 and then moved on to work as a Financial Analyst at Examination Management Services Inc. in 2008. In 2009, they joined the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority as a Financial Analyst II. In 2012, they became a Senior Financial Analyst at Novartis and gradually progressed to roles such as Global Business Planning & Analysis Manager, Finance Manager, Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, US Lead for Business Planning & Analysis, and finally, Head of Business Planning & Analysis for Radioligand Therapy Franchises. Currently, they are working at Mirati Therapeutics as a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Paul Stephensen earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Paul later pursued an MBA in Finance at San Diego State University from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Paul has obtained several certifications including "Be the Manager People Won't Leave," "Giving and Receiving Feedback," "Speaking Confidently and Effectively," "Statistics Foundations 1: The Basics," and "Statistics Foundations 2: Probability," all obtained from LinkedIn.
