Krystal Gonzalez

Krystal Gonzalez possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Area Assistant Director of Reservations at Miraval Resorts & Spas since August 2017, with previous roles including Area Reservations Sales Manager and Reservations Supervisor. Prior experience includes a tenure at Canyon Ranch from March 2007 to August 2017, where positions held encompass Operations Supervisor and Senior Reservation Specialist Lead. Krystal's educational background features a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing and two Associate degrees—one in Baking and Pastry Arts and another in Culinary Arts, all obtained from Johnson and Wales University and Pima Community College.
