Stephanie Kinstle has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Stephanie started their career as a Dining Room Supervisor at Canyon Ranch, where they were responsible for managing the flow of service and training staff. After that, they worked as a Sales and Catering Manager at Hotel Congress, where they handled event bookings and assisted in the restaurant. Stephanie then joined Marathon Associates, Inc as a Director Of Hotel Operations, overseeing operations for both a full-service franchised property and a select-service owned property. Stephanie expanded their responsibilities to include F&B management, housekeeping, HR, payroll, and daily accounting functions. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at Miraval Resorts, where they manage employee relations, benefits administration, and advises department heads on various administrative tasks.
Stephanie Kinstle earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Phoenix. Stephanie attended the university from 2002 to 2004.
