Victor Cappadona

Victor Cappadona is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in general management across several prestigious establishments. Currently serving as the General Manager at Miraval Resorts since January 2017, Victor previously held similar roles at the Country Club of Pittsfield and The Orchard Hotel & Gala Restaurant, where significant renovations were completed with the support of Haycreek Hospitality. Victor's career began at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as part of a management training program, followed by pivotal positions at Cranwell Resort, Spa & Golf Club, and Stouffer Hotels & Resorts, demonstrating a consistent record of excellence in both operational management and guest services. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
