Theresa Bertram

Theresa Bertram has a diverse work experience in the nonprofit and senior care industries. Theresa served as the President / CEO / CFO of Miravida Living, where they led the organization in providing high-quality health care, housing, assisted living, dementia care, and life-enriching opportunities for over 700 elders. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer of The Cathedral Foundation of Jacksonville, Inc., overseeing multiple nonprofit corporations and managing a comprehensive range of housing, health care, and services for seniors. Additionally, they worked as the Executive Director of Harbour's Edge, owned by Lifespace Communities, where they provided leadership to achieve outstanding results and maintain excellence at the continuing care retirement community. Theresa also gained experience as a Co-Owner and Senior Consultant at Path to Results, where they consulted with various agencies in strategic planning, organizational development, and leadership capacity building. Throughout their career, they have been involved in implementing innovative programs and creating extraordinary experiences for elders and their loved ones.

Theresa Bertram earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Jacksonville University in 1992.
