Kimberly Baker, LPC-S, LPC, LAC, ADC, NCC, serves as the Clinical Team Lead and Clinical Counselor at MIRCI since February 2017, providing rehabilitation services for the mental health homeless population and facilitating Relapse Prevention and Recovery groups. Prior experience includes serving as a Clinical Counselor at William J McCord Adolescent Treatment Facility, focusing on outpatient services for adolescents and their families from October 2014 to February 2017, and as a Recovery Counselor at Selah Eating Disorder Treatment Centers in 2016, delivering Christ-centered and evidence-based treatment. Additionally, Kimberly worked as a Therapeutic Counselor at The Hearth Center for Eating Disorders, a nonprofit organization providing residential and partial hospitalization services, between October 2013 and August 2015, and began their career as a Human Resource Specialist at the SC Department of Health and Human Services in 2008. Kimberly holds an M.S. in Health Care Administration from Webster University and various certifications in substance abuse counseling, phlebotomy, and nursing assistance, as well as a B.A. in Sociology from Claflin University.
