Adrian Wolff

Adrian Wolff is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Sr Corporate Counsel at Mirion Technologies, Inc., Adrian previously held the position of General Counsel at HEAT Software, overseeing legal matters for a multinational software company. Prior roles include General Counsel for F. Rodgers Corporation, where Adrian managed legal affairs for a construction firm across six states, and attorney roles at Carr & Ferrell and Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley, focusing on intellectual property and startup legal issues, respectively. Adrian holds a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and a B.A. in History from Yale University.
