Dale Bandy

Dale Bandy has over 25 years of experience in various legal roles. Dale is currently the VP, Associate General Counsel at Mirion Technologies, Inc. Prior to that, they served as the General Counsel at CAIRE Inc. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at GE Power as the Executive Counsel, leading a global software legal practice group. Dale also held the position of Senior Counsel at GE Digital Energy from 2011 to 2015, where they served as the most senior attorney within a $2B international business unit. Before their time at GE, Dale worked as a Contract Risk Attorney at GE Energy and as a Special Counsel at Duane Morris LLP. Dale began their legal career as a Senior Associate at Brock, Clay, Calhoun & Rogers, LLC, where they advised a non-profit healthcare system and served as a city attorney. Throughout their career, Dale has provided legal counsel on a wide range of matters including contract risk management, commercial operations, litigation, labor department investigations, and corporate law.

Dale Bandy has a JD with Distinction from Emory University School of Law and a BA in Communications, Philosophy, and Foreign Language from the University of Central Florida.
