Kiara Earle

Kiara Earle has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kiara is currently working as a Proposal Operations Specialist at MirLogic Solutions Corporation since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Assistant at the Truman National Security Project and the Truman Center for National Policy from January 2021 to January 2022. Kiara also served as a Program Assistant at American University from July 2018 to January 2021. Kiara gained research experience as a Research Intern at the European Conservatives and Reformists in May and June 2019. Additionally, Kiara worked as a Teacher for Teach For America from June 2016 to May 2018. Kiara has also interned at the Foreign Service Institute in program management and at the U.S. Department of State in data management. Kiara's earliest work experience includes a brief role as a PLUS Resident Counselor at the College of William & Mary in July 2013.

Kiara Earle obtained their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Intercultural and International Communication from American University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Government from William & Mary, where they attended from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, Kiara participated in a Japanese Language Program at Keio University. Before their undergraduate studies, they completed the International Baccalaureate Program at Granby High School, receiving an Advanced Studies Diploma in 2012.

In terms of additional certifications, Kiara Earle obtained their Scrum Master Certified (SMC) credential from Scrum Alliance in September 2021. Kiara also obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) designation from the same institution in August 2021.
