Alla Minkina is an experienced professional currently serving as the AI Enablement Lead at Miro, where responsibilities include leadership development and activating frameworks for values and behaviors. With a solid background in talent acquisition, Alla has also held roles as a Senior Talent and Learning Architect and Global Senior Manager - Recruiting for Product, Design, and Analytics, overseeing a team of twelve recruiters. In addition to work at Miro, Alla operates a private leadership coaching practice for tech leaders and serves as a coach/mentor at The Mentoring Club gUG.
