Caitlin Morgan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, advisory services, and operational management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Advisory Services at Miro since April 2020, Caitlin plays a pivotal role in building a high-functioning team to help enterprise customers maximize their use of Miro. Prior to this, Caitlin held multiple leadership positions at Totango and PGi, driving customer success for strategic accounts and managing large-scale deployments. Earlier roles include Director of Client Services at Central Desktop and various positions at SteelHouse, lululemon athletica, Google, and others, emphasizing a strong track record in managing cross-functional teams, fostering client engagement, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science in History and Secondary Education from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Loyola Marymount University.
