Paul D'arcy

Head of Marketing, Austin at Miro

Paul D'arcy is the current head of marketing at Miro. Prior to their current position, D'arcy served as the SVP/Head of Marketing at Indeed.com from November 2012 to September 2020. In this role, D'arcy was responsible for building and shaping Indeed's global brand, driving job seeker traffic and client growth, and building experiences that helped hundreds of millions of users successfully look for a job or hire the right candidate on Indeed. During their nearly 8 years at Indeed, D'arcy and their team of 400+ marketers helped Indeed become the world's most-used job site with more than 250 million monthly users, millions of employer clients around the world, and the most-loved job search brand.

In addition to leading marketing, D'arcy also built and led Indeed's social Impact function, our incredible global team of labor economists, and the global communications team. One of the great privileges of my time at Indeed was the opportunity to be the executive sponsor for BIG, Indeed's employee resource group for black employees. Prior to their time at Indeed, D'arcy served as the Executive Director & Head of Americas Enterprise Marketing at Dell from April 2008 to June 2012.

Paul D'arcy has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Government and Women's Studies from Wesleyan University. Paul also attended Stuyvesant High School.

Paul D'arcy reports to Andrey Khusid, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Frank Krieger - Head of Trust & Reputation, Kev Chung - Head of Partnerships, Channel & Corporate Development, and AJ Josephson - Head of People.
