Sangeeta Chakraborty is the current Head of Customer Experience at Miro. Prior to this, they were with Neythri Futures Fund, HeadsUp, and Blameless. Sangeeta has also been with Okta, Inc. as Vice President of Customer Success from August 2020 to November 2021. Prior to that, they were with Checkr, Inc. as SVP, Customer Success Officer from July 2018 to July 2020. Sangeeta has also been Symphony AyasdiAI's Chief Customer Officer from April 2015 to July 2018.

Sangeeta Chakraborty holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Warangal. Sangeeta is also ITIL certified in ITIL v3.
