Parmar is a seasoned product officer with more than 20 years of experience building best-in-class digital collaboration and workflow management software at high-growth startups and enterprises alike, including Box, EMC, and Adobe. At Miro, Parmar is responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration efforts to accelerate product innovation.

Prior to joining Miro, Parmar was the Chief Product Officer at Box, where he led the company’s product strategy and roadmap. During Parmar’s tenure, Box aggressively expanded into high-growth markets, accelerating ARR run rate to $800M and improving retention rates across its entire customer base of approximately 70% of Fortune 500 companies. Parmar joined Box through the acquisition of Doculus, a deep learning contracts review app, where he was the co-founder and CEO.

Parmar also served as the Chief Product Officer of EMC’s Syncplicity, a cloud service for Enterprise File Sync and Sharing (EFSS). Under Parmar’s leadership, Syncplicity grew revenues by more than 30x for SaaS subscriptions. Prior to EMC, Parmar held multiple, senior positions at Adobe and was instrumental in transitioning the $1B Acrobat product line and PDF franchise into a set of SaaS services and what is now known as the Adobe Document Cloud.

Coulombe offers more than 15 years of experience to Miro, having led strategic financial and planning operations in his previous roles at Momentive Global (previously SurveyMonkey), Box, Autodesk, and others. 

Coulombe's experience spans roles in technology investment banking and public accounting, to strategy and finance leadership roles in public software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies. Prior to joining Miro, Coulombe was CFO of Momentive Global, helping scale the company's operations post-IPO. Prior to that, Coulombe spent four years at Box in various finance leadership roles as the company transitioned from a single to multi-product business. Before Box, Coulombe held various leadership roles in corporate development and finance at Autodesk as the company navigated a business model transformation at multi-billion dollar revenue scale. Coulombe earned a Masters of Business Administration from University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science from University of Maryland, College Park. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Steven Grijzenhout is the Head of Customer Experience at [Miro](/org/miro). Steven has over fifteen years of experience in customer success and software consulting. 

Steven started their career as a Teaching Assistant at the [University of Amsterdam](/org/university-of-amsterdam) where they taught on implementing software projects. Steven then moved into the corporate world and spent five years as a Business Consultant at Hippo USA, Inc. advising customers on how to use Hippo CMS in their organizations. 

In 2013, Steven joined [Optimizely](/org/optimizely) as a Manager, Enterprise Customer Success. In this role, they were responsible for providing advice and support to [Optimizely](/org/optimizely)'s enterprise customers. Steven spent four years in this role before moving to their current position at [Miro](/org/miro). 

At [Miro](/org/miro), Steven is responsible for ensuring that customers have the best possible experience with the product. Steven works closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into [Miro](/org/miro)'s product roadmap.

Additionally, Diane has managed an intellectual property portfolio and has drafted, researched, and implemented corporate policies and compliance initiatives. 

At [Truveris](/org/truveris), Diane successfully awarded a federal government [General Services Administration](/org/general-services-administration) (GSA) Schedule 70 contract. Diane also lead internal counsel for a $25M Series D Financing. At [WebMD](/org/webmd), Diane successfully negotiated and executed a $30M+ enterprise licensing agreement with Microsoft.
