Will Schmitt

Will Schmitt has a diverse work experience in the investment and venture capital industry. Will is currently working as the Head of Venture Strategy at Miroma Ventures and the Miroma Group, where they focus on investing in growth stage consumer brands and media platforms. In their role, they bring both capital and marketing services to partner companies to drive growth and maximize value. Prior to this, Will served as the Managing Director at Natureza Ventures, where they invested in disruptive early-stage consumer companies and provided operational knowledge and market access for their success. Will also worked as the Managing Partner at Trail Post Ventures, a venture capital firm that partners with exceptional consumer brands and supports their innovation and growth. Additionally, Will has experience as an investor in various companies such as cleancult, OROS, JuneShine, Rumpl, Naadam, and nutpods (Green Grass Foods Inc.).

Will Schmitt earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Miami University, between 2003 and 2007.
