Michael MacDougall, CCC, is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining and hospitality. Currently serving as Chef at Miromar Lakes Golf Club since August 2016, Michael has previously held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Miromar Lakes Beach and Golf Club from January 2014 to August 2016. Prior to this, Michael worked as Chef Tournant at Collier's Reserve Country Club, where responsibilities included roles as Sous Chef and Banquet Chef from October 2008 to January 2014. Earlier experience includes a position as Banquet/Roomservice Supervisor at The Little Nell, Aspen Skiing Company, from December 1989 to August 1997. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business, earned between 1987 and 1991, specializing in The School of Hospitality Business.
