Lesel Radage

Lesel Radage is the Vice President of Product at Miru Smart Technologies. Prior to their current position, they worked as the Manager of Airport Terminal Projects at the Vancouver Airport Authority from September 2015 to June 2022. In this role, they were responsible for annual, mid and long-term capital planning and project prioritization with investments between $200M - $350M annually. Lesel also led YVR's strategic asset management program development and infrastructure investment planning, as well as the development of technical building and construction standards. Lesel has also worked as the Chief Operations Officer at Weddingful from October 2012 to June 2015, and as the CEO and Founder of Grooster from January 2009 to December 2012. Her experience also includes working as the Program Director at YouthBuild Boston from January 2008 to December 2009.

Lesel Radage has a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
